The Problem
The most responsive buyers are the ones asking for help in public, but finding them was a full-time job.
The team scrolled Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X for hours daily, searching for posts where people described exactly the problem their product solved. They missed most of them, responded late to the ones they found, and had no repeatable way to act fast.
- Endless manual scrolling across four platforms
- Missed or late replies to high-intent posts
- No consistent system to qualify and capture buyers
- Hours lost that should have gone to closing
The Solution We Built
We engineered a multi-platform listening agent that monitors target keywords and buyer signals across Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and X. It identifies posts with strong buying intent, skips noise, and generates a context-aware draft reply for each one.
Drafts land in a central Telegram dashboard where the team reviews and hits one button to approve. Approval keeps replies on-brand and authentic while removing the manual discovery work.
- Keyword and intent monitoring across four platforms
- Context-aware draft replies generated by AI
- Central Telegram dashboard with 1-click approval
- Saves 4+ hours per day of manual scrolling
