Airway bills and container numbers live behind dozens of different login portals, each with its own format. Staff logged into portal after portal to check status, assembled fragmented answers, and usually replied to clients with stale data. Tracking was a black box at the exact moment clients needed clarity.

The Solution We Built
We built a unified tracking layer with scraper connectors for over 100 air and maritime carrier portals, all feeding one normalized status stream. Automated push alerts notify the team the moment a shipment moves, clears, or hits an exception.
On top of the data layer we exposed a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so internal teams can ask questions in plain language. The AI broker pulls the relevant tracking data and answers instantly inside their AI workspace.
