The Problem
Marble customers send free-form requests with measurements, finishes, and stone types. Matching those requests to real supplier stock was a slow manual chore.
A sales rep had to parse each enquiry, guess the intended dimensions, check availability and pricing across several vendor websites one by one, and stitch together a quote. With fast-moving inventory, the price and stock were often stale by the time the quote was sent. Slow quotes lost deals to faster competitors.
- Free-form customer dimensions needed manual parsing
- Multi-vendor stock and price checks were done by hand
- Quote assembly took hours and went stale quickly
- Slow response directly lowered sales close rates
The Solution We Built
We built an autonomous quoting agent. It reads the raw customer message, understands natural language dimensions and material requests, and launches live searches against multiple vendor portals.
The agent queries each vendor for matching stock, dimensions, and price in real time, then aggregates everything into one clean comparison table the sales team can approve and send.
- Natural language parsing of customer dimensions and finishes
- Live crawling of multiple vendor inventory portals
- Real-time aggregation into a single quote comparison table
- Approve-and-send flow keeps humans in control without the manual work
